"We stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t fault the hotel at all. Holly on the reception on Friday could not have been more helpful. Due to mobility issues she moved us to a ground floor room. We ate at the hotel on Friday night and the meal was exceptional. Breakfast was also excellent with an excellent choice. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will come back in the future."

"We arrived to our room to find a half eaten packet of biscuits and an opened and used shower gel . When we tried to log onto the WiFi following the room information sheet it didn’t work and we were told it was all lower case not upper case as the sheet stated . "Lovely big family room which was clean and had plenty of amenities. Our beds were comfortable and we all slept really well. The host, John was very friendly and helpful. We had the cooked breakfast the next morning, which was cooked to order and great value for money. We would definitely consider a return visit in the future. The only small thing that would have made it better is if there had been a shower instead of/in addition to a bath (which had a hand-held shower). It was however a lovely...
"Great overall experience, the employees were accommodating and professional, and the breakfast was well worth it, our only issue with our room (#16 on the top floor) was significantly warmer than the rest of the hotel and all we had was a little fan that barely had an impact for cooling. If you want a cooler room don ’t go with room #16."
"Great spot, old school pub decor, room was spacious for a family of four. Pub located downstairs served beautiful food. Nice beer garden out the back to relax with a drink. Breakfast in the morning was also really nice. Staff- friendly and very helpful. Would recommend 👍"
