"We really enjoyed our stay at the Merchantile. It's a stunningly beautiful hotel with lovely, creative decor. The breakfast was fantastic, one of the best that we've experienced in our travels. "Liked the idea of the triple twin bed room for girls trip. Glad we missed the heat wave. One Dyson fan was ok but 2 would be better. The location could not have been any better. Our view from the room was nothing to write home about but we had no street noise so I have no complaints. I would come back for sure."

"I stayed for 2 nights in a standard twin with my sister in law and a friend had the room next door. The hotel were kind enough to respect our request for rooms close to the lift and close to each other as our friend is disabled. Both rooms were very clean. There is an iron and ironing board in the room and a kettle and safe but no mini fridge or microwave. The twin beds are right next to each other so might not be good if your room mate is a restless sleeper or if you do not know each other very...

"This was an excellent hotel with very lovely staff. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet with lots and lots of choice. You could pay on a daily basis but I think it’s included if you booked directly with the hotel. Only €13 anyway and definitely worthwhile. Hotel bedrooms quite small difficult to get past the end of the bed as the telly was there and occasionally knocked into that -otherwise perfect once you got used to it. Very comfy bed and air conditioned."
