"Pros :The property has gone through some recent renovations which was nice as some of the recent reviews made me believe that only some of the rooms were updated. Check in for me was quick. I had 2 rooms reserved and we got them side by side. Breakfast was great, lots of options. The area in Overland Park was easy to get to and parking was good, however they shouldn't be charging $7/day to park, I feel like this is a nickel and dime charge and should be re-evaluated. "The price was great for graduation from University of Mizzou. We didn’t mind the 30 min drive to Columbia when we had this quaint town to visit. We stayed three days and nights. Check in and out was met by some of the friendliest staff to welcome you and make suggestions. The room is absolutely fantastic, top notch! Bed for both of us was a great nights sleep. Cleanest rooms with plenty of towels and nice bath wash in the shower dispenser. The highlight of the hotel was definitely the koi fish...
