"The hotel was very clean and updated. Room was great except the bathtub needed reglazing or replacement. There was nice new white tile on the shower surround. The fan in bathroom was loud and the a/c was noisy. Nothing maintenance couldn’t fix. Room 159. Check in and out was quick and simple. Breakfast was decent. Staff were welcoming and helpful."

"Great!"

"The room was large, clean, and comfortable bed. The girl at the front desk the morning and afternoon of Nov 1, 2026 had a great attitude and seems to enjoy her job which is great to see. She was very friendly and helpful."

"Our reservation didn't indicate that there was a $50 fee for possible damage that would be refunded to us after 2 to 3 business days. This is something that should have been upfront when I made the reservation. The desk clerk tried to explain but my husband was not happy with the fact that the corporation would be collecting interest on our money."

"Awesome clean room & Great Breakfast"

"Rooms were very clean. Smart use of space, perfect for our family. Chris the bartender was great, according to my husband. I loved how comfy the beds were and I slept wonderfully. Breakfast was great and the view was fantastic. We will stay again."

"Rob me of my money. Told me I didn’t have a booking but clearly still was charged since I’m able to write this review. Thieves!"

"The room and bedding were very good but the bathroom need just a little tlc."

"Very nice property at a reasonable price close enough to downtown and Hamilton place to be a short drive (except at rush hours) and pay less for the hotel and nothing for parking. Highly recommended."
