"This was our fourth stay at Hotel Regina. We have previously enjoyed visiting and even recommended the hotel to friends, who stayed there for two nights.
Unfortunately, our latest experience was very disappointing.
Due to an unexpected family emergency, we had to shorten our stay by one night. We contacted the hotel hoping for some understanding and flexibility given these exceptional circumstances and our history as returning guests.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the management’s...
"A true joy and a wonderful find! Lovely boutique hotel along the lake, a 7-8 minute walk along the water from Bellano station. Staff was great, Jessica was perfect in checking us in with a glass of prosecco and great and thorough advice on the local area. Inclusive breakfast was perfect each morning (eggs to order, buffet with fruit, cheese, marvelous pastries, yogurt, etc.) with excellent service from the same gentleman each morning. We had the last room available on the main floor, so...
"Everything perfect for a stay. Parking was easy, staff was great, dinner was superb! Morning breakfast was excellent with the most beautiful views ever! Short walk down to the water for more beautiful camera shots. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
"Our room had the Best view on Lago di Como. Our breakfast was fresh and delicious. Our hostesses were a delight and the nicest people. The room was topnotch. It's location was a trade off with how much we loved everything else about the experience. Overall, I recommend this Hotel for anyone that wants a Royal stay. "Muy buen hotel para pasar la noche en Sondrio! Gestión muy cercana y familiar, se nota que trabajan con vocación de servicio! Habitación con mucho encanto, con comodidades modernas y magníficas vistas al río. Super céntrico y con párking económico. La única pega, el desayuno un poco pobre. Genial para hacer excursiones de montaña, esquí o subir al bernina express como hicimos nosotros. Por supuesto que volveremos! 😊😊"
"Beautiful place!
Something to consider before booking is 64 steps to haul luggage up to get into the hotel. But once there it’s worth it!
Great breakfast"
