"The parking wasn't available, even though I had asked for a reservation, I could not have access as I arrived after 18h and the reception desk was closed. I had no help from the call center, nor by email, phone or chat. The reception desk was always closed. The swimming pool was closed also, the water was cold and and the heat system seemed broken long time ago.
I'll never come back here. Very poor attention to customers. "

"Very conviennent from the motorway, good parking (no height restrictions). Two bus routes available nearby to get into town within 15 - 20 mins, (2 euros per adult). Large supermarket a short walk away. Hotel is a bit tired and scuffed but ok."
