"Pool was dirty and hot tub did not work. This is an extremely pet friendly 3 star hotel and smell of pets was strong as soon as you enter the lobby."

"Great spot all the staff were super friendly"

"Hotel needed a good cleaning in the common areas. The carpeting was dirty, and it looked like the place was very poorly taken care of. The room itself was clean and much better than the common areas. The shower had no hot water at first until someone in the front desk. Explain there’s a “trick” to it in the way you use the handle. Kind of silly for a hotel to have a trick like that needed. ‘Curb appeal’ of the hotel was totally lacking. No ice available and the little ‘shop’ had very little in...

"My stay at Sonesta Bee Cave was pretty underwhelming. The room was very small and did not have any overhead lighting, which caused it to be very dark from evening onwards. I went to the...

"We booked a room for 5 people, we were told it had a king bed and pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was a twin bed. So we asked for a rollaway bed and told because it was Expedia they couldn’t help. The heater in the king room made awful noise all night so sleep was poor. The poor lady running the bar and restaurant was all alone. She did a phenomenal job but they definitely need more staff on weekends."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful !"

"Extremely clean and great space for a business trip or weekend getaway! Breakfast was great"

"The staff was lovely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is run down. peeling wallpaper, mildew in the bathroom, bathroom hook missing so no where to hang a towel. The bathroom light fixture was even partially pulled off the wall. My room only had a lamp on one of the bedside tables, and it flickered. When I arrived it looked like the room had been cleaned, but there were still hair balls on the floor."
