"Outstanding place to stay! Immaculate (even all of the bathroom), an elevator, and excellent staff at the front desk and breakfast. Will definitely stay here if we are ever in Turin again, which we hope to be. Can't say enough how much we liked this place!"

"Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Convenient for Porta Susa train station."

"Perfect location in the center of everything and steps from the train station. It was extremely clean and certainly not cookie cutter. I’d highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff were amazing, a complementary breakfast, room was clean and charming - great value and easy tram access to Torino’s many attractions. Beautiful city, a warm welcome at reception and fabulous, affordable accommodation at Hotel Universo."

"Posizione eccellente. Letto e materassi un po' rumorosi."

"Very handy - only a few blocks away from the Porta Nuova train station. A very nice breakfast was included every morning."

"Camera pulita, buon riscaldamento, buona colazione"

"I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast every day. The room was just fine and was close to the venu I was attending and the train station."

"Chambre petite mais propre, linge de toilette changé tous les jours. Petit déjeuner correct. Le personnel est très souriant et serviable. Hôtel très bien situé, à 2 pas de la cathédrale et du Palais Royal et le quartier offre un large choix de restaurants et de pizzerias."

"Clean room. Came with breakfast which was reasonable. A little bit out of town so spent a bit of time backwards and forwards on the tram / bus, so would book more central if I had my time again."
