"Lots of steps for older or disabled clients. Toilet flush not very efficient. The pressure wasn't strong enough to flush properly. The decor in the room needed up grading. Not enough plug points. The room was nice, and large. Just seemed a little un-loved."
"No frills and small rooms but ok for somewhere to have an overnight stay in a convenient location. Breakfast could have been better but staff were friendly and we didn’t expect anything more."
"Our room was lovely and spacious. The furniture is dated but it is tidy. Lovely comfy sofa and plenty of room for the travel cot. Excellent value for money for the room. We did pay extra for the breakfast but it does need improvement"
"We have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay which is why we booked again this year. The breakfast is good and the communal areas including bar area and gym were excellent. However the cleaning of our room was substandard and this spoiled our stay. Unfortunately we won't stay here again."

We booked sea view room - carpets were covered in large stains all over the room
Furnishings were in poor condition- torn chair seats in room, and lampshades.
Bathroom - over bath shower , no hand rail or slip mat . Mould around taps and grouting.
TV from next room could be heard, which disturbed our stay."
"The Stay was very very Good, The room was of a good quality, it was very clean, and I was very pleased. The staff were very helpful, and happy to help.I stayed in the hotel with my disabled Son, and is very picky eater. But there was a good range of breakfast choose, and I was able to give him good breakfast, so it was good value. I one poor point was the parking, around the hotel, I did find a space, but I have to paid the Hotel £15 a night for parking, and I did not know this, until I booked...
"Staff were lovely, location is gorgeous, rooms very outdated and in general the flow of constant tour buses full of elderly travelers made me feel like I was staying in a nursing home. Staff very rigid about breakfast timing and use of breakfast room not alllowed after 10:00am so if you are not an early riser, take note. Lift was also broken for full 4 nights of our stay and we were on the 3rd floor."
"The spa was very nice and clean, but the hotel itself could do with some updating. Had to run the shower for 15-20 minutes to get any hot water, the bathroom needed a good clean, some staff in dining room at breakfast and cleaning staff very nice, rest need to learn to smile more. Food by pool ok but chilli 🌶 very watery as though had been defrosted, not what I expected from a 3 star hotel"
"While there is nothing wrong with this hotel if you just want to sleep there, if you want food or drink find somewhere else. On Friday night they closed the bar at least half an hour early so we couldn’t get a drink, on Sunday they were short staffed so stopped serving food at 7pm so we had to eat crisps and nuts! The hotel is a long way from anywhere to nip and get food and drink, so please make sure you are suitably refreshed before coming back."
"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful in answering questions. .Hotel was in a great location not only to the beach but to town center. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would definitely book again."
