"front desk clerk scammed me saying he would only charge be 10,000 won to upgrade to a double bed room and charged me 100,000 instead and acted confused when i confronted him on it. the room was kind of clean but the beds were rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. will not be staying here again and would not recommend anybody else staying here. "I had a fantastic experience staying at the Brown Dot Hotel. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean — one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've stayed in. They offer a lot of great extras, including free breakfast, unlimited ramen until 11 PM, bottled water, and a variety of other amenities that really add value to the stay. The staff was also wonderful. The person who checked me in was extremely friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome right from the start. Overall, I was very impressed with the comfort, cleanliness, and service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!"
