"Worse hotel I ever stayed at in Florida. They had one staff member at front desk while, resulting in a 20-30 minute wait to check in. Floors have not been vacuumed for weeks. Elevator would fail safety inspection, violently lurches between floors. The absolute worse."

"The staff were very nice, my room was clean, I had plenty of towels, a manager with the name of Shayla was very helpful. But as far as the building itself it definitely could be better, I didn’t like the location of the outdoor pool."

"Good breakfast. Nice staff. Free shuttle that is super convenient. Will stay here again. "

"The room had a slight smell to it, and the paint was cracking in the shower. Other than that, the hotel was really nice and the staff was really nice. I enjoyed the stay and will book here again when i need a hotel. The shuttle was really easy to get to, although there were some mixed signals from the staff. But either way i got on one quickly and made my flight without any problems."

"Staff was very nice. I didn't like that our rooms were in different towers. We had small children and booked 3 rooms and my whole family was separated. Their were empty rooms next to each other but we were told they couldn't chamge them"

"TJ and Bre were amazing! We did not realize the resort is currently reconstructing their pool area so during the week day it was noisy. Not enough lounge chairs and no where to sit with umbrellas u less you sat at the bar area where tables and umbrellas were provided. Overall this was a great place to stay but def needs more storage for clothing in the rooms. Some staff seemed a little unhappy to ga e guests while others went above and beyond. Would stay again. "
