"Restaurant, food is amazing"

"The location is good, the staff is really excellent, very professional and helpful, Specially at the reception, breakfast was very very poor in quantities and qualities. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Roznov is nice place very beautiful area around it, it is not worth the money paid. I advice the people to see it, it has a very interesting heritage village , not far away, Tatra Museum, shoes the vehicles industrial history, it shows that the Czech people ahead of other industrial...

"Room had enough space, included a kitchenette and a dining table. Room under roof with small window was difficult to cool down during hot days. Wifi had substandard signal. Cleaning and change of towels only on request. Very good location for travel (bus, train). Nice building, good café on ground floor."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Penzion Staré Časy. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and we were very satisfied overall. The absolute highlight was the kitchen, the food was excellent and we truly enjoyed every meal. Thank you very much!"

"1) no reception. I called but the lady in poor English can't explain where the keys are. after more than half an hour of searching, i found a keybox with the key, called again, got the code, and finally got the keys! 2)I was supposed to get a 2 person room with a double bed. i got 3 single beds. when I called again, the answer was: I should be happy because I got a triple room. 3) dirt behind the bed! old food leftovers not cleaned up (smelled) 4) when I opened the window in the bathroom, I saw...
