"Hotel reception staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Enjoyable stay and hotel located on a fairly quiet street just a very short walk away from the beautiful old town area. We loved Vicenza.
Breakfast was nice but a few items (eg milk, butter) had run out nearing what seemed a pressured 10am curfew at which time you could always set your watch by the coffee machine being turned off.
Room and bed very clean and the in-room fridge was appreciated. Air con satisfactory. No tea/coffee...
"Check in was easy as there is always someone at the front desk. Room was spacious and clean. It's about a 15-20 min walk to the historic centre, and a 20 min walk to the train station. Breakfast was included for us and the it was a buffet style with lots of options. Highly recommend."
"Room was very spacious and clean. Facility is old but clean. Price for breakfast was very reasonable and small amount of foods on buffett bar but staff kept up with replenishing foods - this kept food fresh. Parking was free and plenty spaces were availble."
"The room was very dusty, no soap for the shower in the bathroom and breakfast was terrible. Same pie every day, when i say same means the exact same one, for 4 days.
The only reason i gave 2 stars and not one was that one of the young receptionist was very helpful."
"It feels more like a restaurant with some rooms as opposed to a hotel with a a restaurant but, the restaurant is amazing. I had one of the best risottos of my life. I had a single room and it was tiny but very modern and clean. "
