"It was my second time staycation at this hotel where i booked 2 rooms for my family and the experience i had was awful. The ground workers were super friendly and adorable however, receptionist and owners behaviour was like if you want to stay then stay or go away. I did an online booking this time which was quite cheaper than paying at hotel, is that why they disagree to provide a shuttle service to the airport. Not to forget, breakfast was included when i booked it online however they said...

"The staff was very attentive, but we didn’t have any hot water in the shower and the light by the door (inside the room) stayed on all night. There was no switch that controlled that light. I know how a new chick hatchling feels in the incubator now! "

One of the staff seemed annoyed with us when we were 10 mins late for breakfast, but he didn't start making it until we came down which also wasted time for us. "Amazing hotel and once I got my bearings and tackled the busy a Thamel streets, the hotel was excellent location. I loved my stay and the staff were helpful. The only thing I would take note of is the soundproofing of rooms - there isn’t much. I had a room overlooking the street the hotel is located on and got a free show from the pub opposite. All staff is in this hotel and the restaurant are great, especially ram who was always welcoming. Food is great too. For the rooms, comfortable beds and lovely hot showers.
