We called few times to the phone number listed none of this helped as there was no option to speak to hotel reception - neither a direct contact number to hotel was listed. When we went at 10 AM for check-in the reception staff was sleeping on the couch and had to wake him to attend to us. He declined early check in as no rooms were available. We booked an alternative hotel given the poor condition of hotel cleanliness...
