"Cosy; spacious and clean hotel room !
This is one of the best hotel we stayed so far 👍👍👍
Value for money 👍👍👍👍👍
Staffs were so friendly and helpful 👍👍👍
After a busy day touring around the city; back to hotel … it was home feeling which is comfortable and relaxing 👍👍👍
Definitely recommend to friends when come to Pohang and hotel is situated just next to the express bus terminal 👍
Blessing"
"Clean room and nice staff but….
We stayed for 4 nights and we were told there would be no cleaning. Whilst I don’t have a major issue with that, it would have been nice to have been provided with more towels as they were insufficient for 4 people for 4 nights. It would also have been nice to have more than 2 toilet rolls for a family of 4 for 4 days rather than me having ti go to reception and ask for more!
But the main issue is that I booked this hotel specifically because of the advertised...
"The hotel is easy to find, and the room was clean and quiet—we slept very well. Breakfast is served on weekdays from 7:30 to 8:00 a.m. and includes egg-and-cheese sandwiches made by the lovely woman at the front desk. Cereal with milk, and instant noodles are also avaliable. She also kindly gave me a delicious steamed sweet potato—thank you! Coffee, ice, and cold water are available all day.
There are plenty of convenient places to eat nearby, and getting around is easy. We’d recommend staying...
"It is clean, relatively central and close to a bus stop.
The English of reception, open 10 to 10, is limited but they are very helpful.
Breakfast is essentially croissants, cornflakes and coffee.
There is no foyer, the entrance being quite small, but the lounge, also acting as a breakfast area can be used."
"The TV is too complicated to use. I did ask at the desk to explain how to use the hotel Netflix ( we are permitted to use our own Netflix accounts) and they did explain it but it still took 10 minutes of frustration to get it to work. I was successful two times and just gave up. The employees are very friendly and helpful."
