"It’s very good for the price - i.e. the room is good, the bedding is clean, the whole room is clean, and it’s very quiet, and it has air conditioning so you are going to sleep well. The shower is hot (push it all the way left, even a tiny bit hard). The only kind of negative, is that it’s about a 1km walk from the main grand market square - but this is why it’s good value for money, and quiet, and it’s by the high end Louis Vuitton type shops so you definitely aren’t in the dodgy bit. "Great little room with options to open two large windows or have air conditioning, nice bathroom, staff are extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was included and all day coffee or tea and some pastries, extremely close to train station and tram, there is a small grocery store open until 11pm in the train station which was convenient, really happy i stayed here "

"Smallish room in a quaint hotel. Doesn't seem to be handicapped accessible. There are stairs to enter the hotel and stairs to get to the elevator. Staff was helpful at times. Other times they didn't seem to know the area. Hotel is a bit out of the way and a 30 minute walk minimum to any area of interest. Maybe public transportation is available, we just didn't look into it. Biggest complaint was the shower. No curtain and the glass wall on went across the opening. The back of the shower...

"The colours in the room are dull,the lighting is dull,the beds are too many crowding the room,cleaning is not thourough,at times its only bathroom and bed making without floor cleaning,not tiding tea tables, bed side tables.ongoing construction is not pleasing.Lift is too slow and can take only 3 people. On average i would say the hotel is Just ok but i would not go for it next time in brussels.Too expensive for that standard.reception staffs,exellent at least."
