"The room had everything we needed. Air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, closet & hangers, and windows that open to the fresh mountain air. We utilized the laundry service & our clothing came back perfectly laundered. The breakfast, which is buffet style, had plenty of options. Very good!! There's a nice sitting area & bar right inside the lobby, plus a small sitting area just beyond the front desk. We used both areas to do work on our laptops. Cozy and comfortable. "Warm fridge, air con didn’t work, filthy room, leaking shower screen, poor service in the “restaurant” with even worse food. The attitude of the staff when anything was pointed out was nonchalant and dismissive."
