"The room is small, the bathroom is too, but the biggest issue we had was they refused to turn on the air conditioner. It was at least 20 c outside and 23c inside. Opening the window helped for a bit but it is an airport so had to close to cut the noise to sleep. We were told they only activate the a/c in the summer. They need to realize climate change is a thing and let the customer choose their own comfort level. "

"A decent stay at a decent, well-known brand hotel. The service at check in and check out was very friendly and helpful.Convenient and quick access to CDG and well-priced rooms. Breakfast and dinner were just ok, and the quality was basic. No huge complaints except that bed wasn't great, and room was very hot. We ended up sleeping with window open(not ideal at an airport!). Unfortunate timing maybe, as we stayed in late spring and air conditioning hadn't been turned on yet."

"Very decent hotel close to CDG. Clean, comfortable and good restaurant and breakfast. If you miss the shuttle, public transport (bus 9502) can be taken from T3 and drops you very close to the hotel (first stop from T3)."

"It was rather far from Paris Central and so was subject to very long metro and bus rides (combination) and SUPER far from Disneyland Paris. The hotel room itself though was a great size for four of us, the neighbourhood was pleasant enough, but more options to eat would have been nice. "

Saint-Denis is a little far outside central Paris, but easily accessible by public transport (though the hotel is a metro, tram and walk away). The room was a good size and clean, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and hotel staff tried their best but couldn’t find a second pillow when requested.
