"Receptionist Amy was helpful during checkin. Not much changed since my last stay in March 2026. Tried hotel restaurant char kway tiow on 1st night but the dish was terrible and reported to the cashier lady."

"The price and the condition of the hotel doesnt match. Really need a major renovation. Asking for a king bed but end up being sent to two single bed. Didnt notify upfront. Furthermore i was there the whole time while waiting for check in at 3 pm but the guy at the front counter didnt tell me upfront that i have to give a deposit of Rm 100 in cash. "Quality of service"

"The rooms are very noisy, especially the ones that face the street. It will be hard to get a good night's sleep here. The balcony was not cleaned and had ashes. The bed board had weird smears on it. Overall, it's okay, but noisy and requires a proper clean for rooms. The front desk staff were pleasant."

"Quiet and Clean, very near to beach and town area. "

"pengalaman yang memuaskan"

"The room was not clean; pillows smell of former residents’ sweat; towels were dingy, safe in the room didn’t work; walls are stained and need a fresh coat of paint. Landscaping is gorgeous with lots of plants that attract honey suckers and hornbill. The beach and outdoor eating area are clean and well maintained."
