"Don’t take the superior twin room. It’s closed to smoking room. Also not sound proof room as mentioned. When smoking people come to smoke and talking to their phone loud noise and voice come in as wake up your sleep mostly in the morning. When I complain to move others rooms, all superior twin rooms are located at same floor as I stays. I am sorry for myself."

"The hotel is in a great location just a block back from the beach. Many decent restaurants, pubs, massage businesses, coffee carts etc are within 100m. Also 2 supermarkets are within 50m. The room was large but noisy, very old, obvious water damage from a previous plumbing issue. The fan in the bathroom also dripped for a 3 days of our 7 day stay. Plumbing noises from other rooms were loud at all hours. Breakfast was below average for quality of selections. It was quite disappointing. The...

"The staff was the key points, extremely helpful in request and services. Room was okay, could’ve been better. Definitely was not the same in the picture of the booking."

"The good - Great location to the beach, modern, clean and the reception staff were lovely. The bad - The hotel was incredibly noisy. We were on the 18th floor and it was as if there was no sound proof at all. The bars opposite would play loud music and do karaoke until midnight. You could hear every word from the neighbours - even her alarm vibrating from 4.30-7.30 (I assume she went to watch the sun rise). The lift was also ridiculously slow."
