"As an Expedia user, who has booked multiple hotels over the years, I have never had a situation where having booked 2 rooms, to pay at property, the full payment was taken before check-in and without my knowledge. On arrival it was abruptly pointed out that it is their policy to take payment early against the card used on Expedia. I was shocked that the payment for both rooms (booked in 2 different names) was taken. It’s worth knowing this! Reception closes c7pm and there’s no bar facility once...

"This is , as it is called, a budget hotel . Its clean , safe and has good sized rooms with comfortable beds, a hot showe and tea and coffee. The communication was excellent, the check in friendly , polite and helpful and i was surprised at how quiet it was at night being on a busy road. There are no frills here but thats fine for me . My only wish was that the curtains kept out more light , but that's a personal preference. Good value for money. I will book again. "

"It’s a 3 star stay but with 5 star cleanliness and service, lovely people and the room was big with a very clean comfortable bed, the decor was nice enough but a little rough around the edges, certainly why it’s a 3 star- fresh paint but not to the highest of standards, functional furniture but needs updating etc, I would stay there again."

"Good place but the En-suite shower was terrible. No pressure and barely warm water in a shower that leaked water all over the floor. Kettle didn't work. Otherwise the booking was fine. Lovely staff. Breakfast was great"

"Loved the view, the staff went beyond the call of duty. Our first time on the Island, can’t say a bad thing about it. Only issue, perhaps the shower water could be hotter. That was it!!"
