"Place was poorly maintained. Shower tiles had black mold, shower door did not shut all the way. Water leaked out to floor. Faucet fixture was broken though it worked, looked very dilapidated. Tiles were missing. Walls were very thin. Can hear anyone pushing their room codes in and conversations. Housekeeping was also noisy as they move their carts and walk around. Front desk staff were not hospitable. They barely noticed when we stepped in or out. No greeting whatsoever. Few hangers in wardrobe....
"The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was AMAZING! and plentiful. Also, the free juice/water/ coke distribution machine waa greatly appreciated.
Having the beach chairs reserved for the hotel guests at private beach was very much appreciated.
Grazie mille per i sorisi e per la vostra amicizia."
"This hotel is really nice. The staff are very friendly and treat you as part of the family. The hotel is spotlessly clean. "Personale assente o comunque avendo avuto dei problemi non hanno nemmeno cercato di risolverli . Camera sporca e vecchia letti fatiscenti , colazione scarsa . Nella piscina dell hotel se hai messo la protezione solare il bagnino ti manda in stanza per farti la doccia se vuoi farti il bagno … soggiorno pessimo"
"Overall a good hotel. Did have a beach view.
More information on how to get to the beach could be helpful. Also how to get to the center of Pineto would have helped"
