"Room and facilities overall were clean; staff were nice and helpful. We didn’t use amenities so can’t comment on use but from what we saw, it looked fine. The room could use some TLC though. The bathroom had undergone some repairs it seams, to the wallpaper and sink counter, it was not well done, and the lack of long- term detail cleaning i.e., shower door edges, tile floor, carpet seaming, etc, downgrade the room."

"The room was clean, but a member of housekeeping wanted to come and clean the room the morning I was checking out (before I left). Due to a language barrier, she didn't understand that I was leaving an hour later."

"Overall good stay. Front staff was rude and unhelpful. Room was not ready egen we arrived. Waited over an hour in the lobby and she failed to let us know when it was ready. Otherwise room was good and breakfast what you would expect at an Embassy Suites"

"The room was not clean, we ended up checking out early. After being promised a refund nothing came through. We had to switch rooms after the toilet was clogged upon arrival. There was also hair in the bed, and moldy food in the fridge."
