"Great location, but unfortunately, the lack of heating really let our stay down. When we asked why the heating wasn’t on, we were told something about the local government having to authorise it, which seemed rather strange considering the reception area was absolutely boiling hot! We asked for extra blankets as our room was so cold, but they took over an hour to arrive. By that point, we had already fallen asleep. Such a shame, as the location was fantastic, but the lack of heating and slow...

"All great"

"Nice modern hotel close to train and bus station. Can walk to town centre in 15 minutes. Parking available. Breakfast good and staff friendly and helpful. marked down as another couple entered our room in error with a key given in error. This was sorted out quickly and staff very apologetic."

"The rooms were very nice, and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel was conveniently located and easy to walk around the city."

"A very clean and spacious room (small double) in a central hotel. But what made our stay special was the very professional and lovely members of staff, everyone was brilliant!"

"Personal allgemein sehr freundlich, allerdings spricht niemand deutsch.

"Pretty good as a solo traveler, the bus also stops literally in front of the hotel to go downtown which was very convenient."

"Nice space for 3 people but the 3rd bed was very uncomfortable"

"room extra clean staff extremely helpfull breakfast has much as you like was not needed"

"The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The included breakfast was below standards of other European hotels."

"Late arrival as our plane landed at 10.30 pm. Excellent after hours instructions made for a seamless registration and entry."

"Ottima la posizione Camere poco insonorizzate"
