"Not pet friendly at the restaurant by the same name. We ordered take out elsewhere and had dinner in the breakfast lobby, with our dog since the dog could not be left in the room unattended, which we would not do anyway. Breakfast was ok, disappointed that oatmeal was instant."

"A wonderful hotel, everything was perfect! We loved the balcony area attached to our hotel room, and thought it was very unique considering how you don't typically see that a lot in this area. The pool room was wonderful; great temperature and very spacious. They have a gorgeous courtyard in the middle of the hotel with a fireplace too! Staff was very accommodating and always willing to help; a young man even helped assist us with extra pillows and access to the pool room. The only sort of off...

"Excellent experience! The front desk person was amazing from the start. She was super friendly and helpful. My husband and I attended a concert close by, so it was really nice to be able to walk to the venue and have our car parked in a safe lot. The front desk person was even kind enough to keep our pizza we had ordered warm when we were at the show! We stayed here back before it was renovated into a Best Western so we were a little worried of the change, but the room was a great size, the bed...

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Parkview. We were in the area for our son's college graduation, and the hotel was conveniently located. We also saw a show at Syracuse Stage, and we were able to walk there from the hotel. The hotel is old but renovated. Lobby was beautiful. Room was very clean and spacious; bed was comfortable. The only problems we had were that the a/c unit was too loud (not broken, just way to noisy), and the noise we heard every time someone in the room above us...
