You don't get this with a third party booking site! Good luck with the remote intercom and be prepared to speak some French if not native! Then the code should open the parking gate BUT doesn't if you don't pre-book parking - this wasn't an option on expedia and the intercom refused to add parking to the...

I arrived quite late (11pm) and one reason for choosing the Welcomotel was that it has a person on the reception desk 24 hours a day, rather than an automated self check-in system after a certain time, which doesn’t always work well. "Horrible stay, we booked a room for 2 adults and a kid age 12. When we got to the hotel after the rudeness of the night clerk we finally got to our room.We were shocked that the room had a queen bed and as a third bed a matress on the floor. We complained the next day and we were told that it is what it is and actually we should be happy because they don t have rooms for 3. So why do you take reservation for 3 than."
