"It was clean, staff was friendly, it was quiet (I love that) and the breakfast was delicious and lots of options. I had a terrible experience with my entire trip except this hotel. Best part of my entire trip."

"I left my AirPods in my room and they were stolen by the housekeeping staff. Even after turning on protections where they could not use the AirPods, the staff yet still did not return the AirPods to the hotel. Very frustrating. Management was helpful in helping to retrieve but very frustrating to not be able to trust staff."

"The room was acceptable for myself but due to the manual door latch lock being broken, I didn’t feel secure at night sleeping. The door had a lock on the handle part but the other locking mechanism was only half there. The shower water would not shut off completely either. The room was acceptable otherwise and the staff was helpful."

"The Embassy Suites in Ayrsley were clean, comfortable, and the staff was excellent. I was informed that they had a daily happy hour where 2 drinks would be complimentary as well as breakfast hours. The room was quiet and clean and the beds were firm and pillows soft. The Ayrsley part of Charlotte is clean and feels very safe, which helped me feel more relaxed during my stay. I also appreciated that they had chargers for EVs on site. I would choose to stay here again if I am ever in the Charlotte...
