"Receptionist lied! Promised a room with a view, lie, later said that it was unfortunate. Then, old and tired, had to take stairway up 3 flights with luggage. Never told us no elevator for our room. Rooms should be cheaper with no elevator and no view. "

"The staff is superior, helpful and friendly. Ou room extremely small, no room to walk around… The only other comment is that we paid for breakfast when checking out and were not told that it was not available at 7:00 am. We just had coffee and a croissant. "

"The hotel was nice but had to travel far to get to my room which was in a different wing of the hotel, down a long hallway, then down stairs and up two more flights of stairs .The room was nice but no bathtub ( just a walk in shower) which made the floor very wet. no stool in the bathroom, no shelf in the shower to put your shampoo on . Had to put it on the floor . "
