"This place is located off a busy road. The view is nice and the pool was also a good surprise.
The hotel is a bit dated and seem to have an older clientele that stays here for their summers. It is not close to any thing super interesting if you are on a road trip.
The owner was practical and gave me a good tip for a pizza place near by but apart from that there was nothing exceptional about the service.
Speaking Italian does help to figure things out. I am not sure this is a very touristic...

"We had problems with our train journey and eventually decided to make an unplanned stay somewhere near Paola station overnight and try again the next day. The nearest place we could find was Hotel Cliche so we just booked it... and we can't believe how lucky we were!
The staff here were the most genuinely friendly and helpful people you could possibly hope for. They arranged to collect us from the station and when we got to the hotel we enjoyed a really relaxing evening having pizza and a drink...

"Clean and tidy but stuck in the 1970s. Lots of potted plants and trees which means mosquitos were everywhere. Location is in a rough part of town. Pet friendly but will RAPE you for extra charges for the pets - €37 per pet per night!
