"The accommodation met our expectations, being relatively close to the historic villages, although access to Monsanto village was difficult due to the type of road. We noticed some irregularities, such as the automated AC being difficult to adjust and having some malfunctions (we ended up switching it off at the power station to avoid problems). "We were greeted by Ana and Fillipa, amazing hosts! Beautiful pool and fantastic breakfast! The house is beautiful and has a unique cachet! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
"Staff was wonderful property was beautiful. The location was far from anything but very cool. The only issue was getting to a restaurant at night. Other than that it’s a great place to stay."
"Not as advertised. Essentially a room with no services at all. No staff so you have to go up the hill to the sister hotel for everything. Room was not serviced when I stayed 2 nights either. Not a satisfactory listing"
"If I could rate this a 10, I would. The location, the room, the staff, the breakfast was well above a 5. It was our pleasure staying at Pedra Nova and would highly recommend to anyone staying here while visiting any of the aldaies historicas. Miguel, Ines and Pedro were a pleasure to get to know. Thank you for all the fantastic work on making your home into a place for others to enjoy."
