"I did not even stay the night - walked into the room, looked around, and walked out to find somewhere else. I’ve never sdone that before. The room was like a little prison cell. The whole place felt like it was falling apart and so dated. I decided the good location was not worth it and went to The Social Hub instead - same price but much better quality!"
"The location was very convenient. Close to transportation - I walked from the train station. The rooms were what you needed - bed, clean bathroom, safe. Great air conditioning during a hot summer. Wonderful breakfast and friendly staff"
"At first I was given a room where the Aircon wasn’t working so I did go downstairs and complain for the first time in my life. They sent a handyman up and he turned it on but I was trying to explain to him. It’s not working. It’s blowing out a little bit of beer but not colder. It’s 38 at the moment after sitting in a room sweating I did go downstairs and a lovely woman did change my room and I got a room with Aircon pleasant staff helpful breakfast was nice"
"Very clean and modern finishes, but VERY hot, even with A/C. The in-room refrigerator gave off a lot of heat, which didnt help. Some staff were not helpful when asked questions, others were very helpful. Only 1 good sized bath towel, for a room set up for 4. The t.v. suddenly turned on in the middle of the night, and the LED light above the TV also automatically turned on in the night for no reason. The staff in the morning were kind to call a taxi on our behalf."
"The WiFi did not work well for us and the bidet was the only thing available in the room after using the toilet (no toilet paper). Our stay was very short so we did not get to experience the breakfast. The room was clean, but very small."
