"Visiting from Connecticut, USA. The best part of my stay was the staff. Miguel at the Front Desk was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. Ary and Lola at the dining area were great. The hotel needs update on the key lock and other amenities. I will give the 5 star for the nice staff they have, and for the cleaness. Not so much for the hotel appearance. "

"Stayed one night at this hotel. Very clean and close to all amenities. Train is 5min walk from the hotel. A lot of restaurants and eating places at walking distance. Very helpful staff and buffet breakfast is worth. Highly recommended "

"Extremely dirty and the beds had bugs. Couldn’t sleep the whole night from the noise and the smell of the hotel. Smells like sewer. Towels were not clean. Bath room was dirty and the room is extremely small. Worst experience ever."

"It was freezing in the hotel and I got sick because there was no heat that I could control in the room. Because everything was centralized we relied on the hotel to ensure adequate heat was sent throughout the building but sad to say that wasn’t the case. Also cleaning was not great - staff did not even use soap to properly wash the shower and bathroom."

"Hotel was in good condition and minutes away from our destination (Warner Park). Restaurant was closed because it was August. Beds were confortable, staff friendly and willing to accommodate. Only negative is the lack of pool. Found easy parking (free) in the street"

"First the good: nice lobby, super good lobby and kitchen staff, very convenient to metro, great hot water shower, big bath tub. 100 meters to good grocery store and cafes. Clean self serve laundry right across the street. The bad: all hallway walls very dinged up and desperately need new wallpaper for ALL the tears, room wall corners and tub caulk very bad condition. The very bad: the room we were given should NEVER have been rented out. The ceiling hall had a huge (6 inches) black water...
