"The room was clean and included a bottle of water for the 1st day.
Location is convenient for the railway station and airport buses.
The air-conditioning was very loud and did not work, so the room was very hot. We opened the windows each day to cool it down but you cannot sleep with the windows open due to the noise from the cars and tram on the road. The staff said the air-conditioning wasn't working for the whole building.
The shower is very small, about 60x60cm, a regular build 6ft 1...
"Einfaches, grosses Zimmer, zentrale Lage, ca. 10 min zum Palast, 1 min in die Metro, Restaurants in Fussnähe, netter Pub in 5 min Fußweg, Frühstück gut und nettes Personal."
"Extraordinario hotel en una de la zonas más bellas de Turín!! Esta rodeado de arcadas y a pesar de que nos tocó lluvia pudimos movernos a pie sin problema. Extraordinario hotel con la atención de todos increíble, en especial de Ilaria y Federica, que nos dieron grandes recomendaciones de comida en la zona. 100% regreso al hotel! Solo le falta area de guardado en el baño, fuera de eso todo excelente"
"One of the best hospitality experiences I've had. The hotel was an incredible value for how lovely it is. Great location near the train station, but in a nice, quiet area. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. Our room was perfect, with an adorable balcony as an added bonus. I wouldn't stay anywhere else."
"Clean rooms, super helpful staff, location next to Porta Nuova train station. Overall, the property room quality matches the low price - you get quality you pay for."
"Nice, clean, modern place. Clean, large bathroom with bidet, shiny fixtures, and smooth tiled floor. A few restaurants and a carrefour food market close by. Wall outlets were old italian version. An adapter may come in handy"
"Clean room. Came with breakfast which was reasonable.
A little bit out of town so spent a bit of time backwards and forwards on the tram / bus, so would book more central if I had my time again."
"Really appreciated the 24 hour manned reception as well as the very close location to the train station and a grocery store right on the next corner. Very nice room and amenities. Would stay again."
"I had unpleasant interactions with whoever manned the service desk before I got to to Turin to ask about train station shuttles, the receptionist cut me off multiple times.
However, my in person stay was very pleasant, staff were knowledgeable and helpful and the restaurant is conveniently located near several good restaurants and the porto nuova train station.
There weren’t that many options at breakfast especially those living with food allergies"
