"We had a bad experience with bed bugs; the sheets on the bed had not been changed before our arrival; the toilet seat was not attached and the shower soap dispenser was empty. When we reported the bed bugs to reception they immediately blocked the room for future bookings and contacted a pest control specialist. Housekeeping is clearly an issue."

"Free parking. Walking distance (12 min) to main attractions. For the price good hotel."

"I did not like that parking arrangements. You have to park the car up the road at one of the other hotels the inconvenience with luggage and stuff the rooftop Restaurant et cetera was closed and I think some of the staff doing the breakfast were not really up to hygiene one member of staff handed me us a spoon holding the end. I’ll put in my mouth so I had to wash it, I didn’t really think the hotel come up to the standard of previous ibis hotels we have stayed in."

"Accueil très aimable et très souriant, petit déjeuner très agréable dans une grande salle très calme donnant sur un petit jardin intérieur. Parking extrêmement pratique. Excellent positionnement pour visiter Albi"

"The staff was super nice and friendly. The front desk people speak English and they accommodated us well according to our needs. They provided information about a free electric bus. The breakfast was good and the pool very refreshing. Thank you!"

"LOGEMENT PROPRE ET FONCTIONNEL. TRES CALME EN FIN DE SAISON. PAR CONTRE FOUR MICRO ONDE TROP HAUT ET DIFFICILE A NETTOYER. TRES SYMPA POUR LES ENFANTS CAR EN PLEINE NATURE ET SANS VOITURE : DE QUOI PARTIR A L'AVENTURE, LA PISCINE APPORTE UN VRAI + ET LA MAISON D'ACCUEIL EST SPACIEUSE ET AGREABLE AVEC DES JEUX POUR GRANDS ET PETITS ET DES INFOS SUR LES ENVIRONS. RAVIE DE MON SEJOUR."
