"I booked this hotel for two nights to be close to the airport. The staff is very kind. The room was very clean, spacious, very comfortable bed. No smell. Great little kitchenette with fridge.The hotel is located in an industrial zone, about 1 km walk from Caroline Aigle tram stop that will bring you directly into Bordeaux. They offer a very traditional French experience, from the accommodation to the aperitif to the petit dejeuner. It was magnificent and we cannot wait to visit again. "A clean, comfortable hotel with ample parking and it is a great alternative to central Bordeaux. The staff was super - I had a medical issue and they were very attentive and helped me get to doctor. I wish I could have stayed longer but I do hope to be back."

"Arrived earlier and sent out at 35'C despite rooms available. I came back as indicated at 4 pm. Room allocated dirty briefly not made ready. After insisting another room was provided. Staff arrogant and not helpful but not in purpose. They are like that by nature I suppose, as no apologise given."

"The first thing you notice is that the outside of the hotel needs repainting. The second is that the old chipped bath in the ensuite needs ripping out and a modern shower is needed as you can't stand up and shower in the bath. Having said that, the rest of our stay was lovely. The hotel is attached to five acres of woods, they allow dogs to stay in the rooms, and our two Labradors loved their walks there. "Wonderful stay in the Bordeaux countryside. Benjamin and Deborah went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, memorable, and relaxing. The setting is absolutely beautiful and the hotel is well located to visit many of the top chateaux in the Medoc region and Atlantic coast beaches. The free wifi was fast and reliable, daily breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the charcuterie platter and wine is a must. Perfect end to our honeymoon!"

"I booked this hotel for two nights to be close to the airport. The staff is very kind. The room was very clean, spacious, very comfortable bed. No smell. Great little kitchenette with fridge.The hotel is located in an industrial zone, about 1 km walk from Caroline Aigle tram stop that will bring you directly into Bordeaux. Tickets are currently 1,80 € and can be purchased from a dispensing machine at each stops. The walking distance to the airport is 1,6 km or 1 mile. Cons- I couldn't figure out how to use the A/C, I even found a Youtube video - no luck. Same thing with the heated towel bar, the digital pad had a lock on it. The mini fridge dial was set to 1, so the freezer section unthawed and the veggie drawer was full of water. There was also some black mold on the glass shelf. I took care of it myself and cleaned the fridge before using it. There is a trim missing on the bottom of the tub that is a bit of an eyesore. The trim and the fridge were the first thing I saw when I entered the room. Not the best impression. Apart from that the room was nice. The hallway and door leading to the room is a bit institutionalized, really not the best impression. The hotel from outside looks great."
