"Staff very pleasant & helpful"

"This hotel is fine for a good value airport stopover. No where to eat on site so you have to go to the Silver Dollar casino over the road. The food is better than you might expect. Hotel room is relatively modern - bathroom has been updated. Good shower. "

"Two of my favorite things about this hotel are tue friendliness of the staff and the security of the hotel. You have to have a key card in order to access any of the floors that were not the main floor or lobby floor. They were in the middle of renovations to upgrade the elevators and other areas of the hotel. Very well maintained and taken care of. Would definitely stay again when visiting Seattle! "

"We stayed here for 2 days pre-cruise. We had a large corner room with floor to ceiling windows that had a view of the space needle. This was prob the best hotel we have ever been to and we travel alot! The beds were soo comfy! The staff was soo friendly. The lobby was spacious, quirky, beautiful and comfortable. We had friends stay at neighboring hotels but they would come visit us at our hotel because of the lobby. The coffee bar, the adult bar and the bistro were all amazing. Also, right next...
