Our only issue was finding the hotel since the road that every single navigation app guided us to was closed and many of the streets around the hotel were one way. "Hotel is far from center of Chieti on a busy, charmless road full of gas stations and shopping. Not quite the setting for an old mill you’re hoping for. "

"The hotel is shabby but clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant is awful. There is no menu and one of our meals consisted of a frozen, breaded processed chicken patty with luke warm frozen french fries. The morning breakfast is plain but o.k. Coffee and plain croissants. "

The offered to run into town and get us food, but we pay! The staff was one receptionist. Saw the manager pass through, but he was totally unfriendly and unwelcoming. "Fantastic stay for sons rugby game. Hotel great location with Lidl supermarket near by Right by train station. Excellent disabled facilities and bonus that trains don't run after 2000hours. Very hilly area and hard going in wheelchair but definitely worth the sweat. Lovely place lovely people will be back. Thank you "
