"Ficamos apenas uma noite no hotel, a senhora foi muito simpática, conseguimos fazer o checkin a distância pois chegamos muito tarde, ela mandou um vídeo para explicar como fazíamos para entrar e ter acesso a chave do quarto. O quarto tinha apenas 2 camas individuais, tive de dormir com meu filho e meu marido na outra. A limpeza do quarto estava impecável. O pequeno almoço era bastante simples mas pelo preço compensou. "

"Very convenient stopover - just off the main road south to Madrid. The rooms are very adequate and the cafeteria serves nice snack foods. There is a restaurant which opens at 21.00 hrs which was too late for us. Would happily stay again. If you need some exercise after your arrival - walk to the very well preserved castle nearby."

"The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. "The hotel was not clean...our room had used toilet paper..no clean toilet brush..there was fluff and hair blowing around in the corridor...communication with the one man who seemed to be working there was met with a shrug of the shoulders. "The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. There was no staff at the Hotel that I could call and I was too worried about leaving my room. So no help during the night, just had to put up with the situation. Next morning I had to move on even though I still feeling rough and anyway when I left the Hotel at 10:10hrs there was still no staff so I just left the keys at reception and close the door on the way out. "
