"El hotel está bello, la vista al mar bastante bien, las piscinas deliciosas, pero aquí el problema es: •Mala atención de gran parte de su personal (algunos meseros y los guardias así como la recepcionista se salvan) •Terrible trato de la administradora hacia los empleados y hacia los huéspedes también •Instalaciones en condiciones de urgente mantenimiento •Y bueno, no es cosa de los hoteleros pero qué mal está la calle donde están todos los hoteles, camino de tierra lleno de hoyos "

"Very comfortable beds, clean. I have no complaints, poor wifi and breakfast was weak but we had no problem with it. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and nice balcony, very friendly helpful staff. There is a restaurant just beside the hotel,El Mirado, to the left if you have your back to the ocean which is worth checking out, have to walk up a hill, well worth the walk. Not a lot of stir, bring a book."
