"O hotel é muito bom, de fácil localização, um lugar amplo, arejado, bonito e muito limpo. O único inconveniente, principalmente se forem em dias mais quentes, é que a temperatura do ar-condicionado é limitada a 21°, não abaixa mais que isso. Serve mesmo como aquecedor. No mais, tudo muito bom."
"Hotellet var bra och personalen var hjälpsamma och trevliga. Det hade varit önskvärt med tillgänglig bar. Det fanns en, men den var stängd under våran vistelse."
"This hotel was not for us .there is no amenities at all.it’s a hikers dream though and the adjacent bar was popular for locals and bikers.we had no communication with staff as no one could speak English .the breakfast was a joke.no tv and to add insult to injury and after a long haul getting there the property owners refused to cook an evening meal .for us as we are both in our late seventies we will never re visit and feel there was not enough information on your site to reveal just where it’s...
"The wonderful couple that run this B&B make you feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable. The place is in a beautiful rural setting. My request for oatmeal for breakfast was accommodated with a smile. Highly recommended."
"This property clearly has a home touch to it.
Very much a bed and breakfast experience.
The owner is very attentive to your needs.
The only thing we found lacking was a good restaurant nearby."
"The room was modern and spotless, the views were beautiful, the breakfast was plentiful. Beatriz was an absolute angel, from making reservations at recommended restaurants, to organising taxis, she often checked in on us to see if we needed anything. What a wonderful find, I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you!"
"Même si le personnel a été très agréable et disponible, l’établissement est vraiment « particulier ». Vieux motel des années 80 dans son jus…. La piscine apparaissant sur les photos n’est pas opérationnelle. Mérite un bon coup de rafraîchissement."
"Everything was great about the room and the property (they have very fresh and tasty scrambled eggs in the morning !) with one exception; we had hot weather (up to 91F) in the middle of the day, and I noticed that the A/C was on but not blowing cold enough; it definitely needed some maintenance; however, I did not ask for it. The room was very clean and the shower was also great. The staff were very friendly and helpful too."
"Beautiful & quiet property. Stunning view from our room in one of the cottages. Staff were very kind & helpful with anything we needed. Brought us snacks a couple of times. Highly recommend. "
"We had the most amazing stay at Canhoto Douro, where we felt right at home and like part of their wonderful family. The service was outstanding and the surroundings must be experienced firsthand — it was peaceful and idyllic. The family was so loving and welcomed us with open arms, while at the same time doing an incredible job both with the animals on the farm and with us as guests. The food, which is mostly homemade, was fantastic, and the meat from their own production tasted heavenly. You...
