"I was assured when I phoned last week before travelling that the shuttle to cruise port was suitable for my wheelchair bound cousin. This morning when we attempted to get in the shuttle we were told this was not suitable for her. The staff continued to argue with our group then and insist that they never said it was.
They were extremely unhelpful and stressed our group out considerably.
Food was terrible and facilities. Never again"
"This is a smart hotel where everything is self service. The only drawback is there is not much assistance if you have issues entering the room or needs interaction with a person. Otherwise, if all is well, it’s like a five-star motel."

Voor de rest prima verblijf gehad. Eten was netjes, personeel heel behulpzaam. Kregen zelfs een ontbijt-doggybag mee omdat we het ontbijt zouden missen."

"Staff was excellent, restaurant next door was a wonderful spot for dinner and offered a lovely light breakfast. We enjoyed access to our streaming accounts on the tv for a relaxed morning in the nicely sized room and bed. Would definitely come again."
"For cruise travellers, it's an ideal location. We only had to walk a very short distance to get to the shuttle bus for the cruise terminal. The hotel is very simple but the room was clean. The staff was very friendly."
