"It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. Fortunately, they have a good staff willing to help and make the stay enjoyable. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, but again the people working there made...

"Place overall is clean compared to other 2 star hotels we’ve stayed at. Interior design is relatively new and modern. There are a few rust spots on water faucets and shower. The knob in the shower even came off on my second day there. Breakfast is included every morning at the coffee shop connected. You get a complimentary cup of coffee (choose from cafe den or cafe sua da). Coffee shop is maintained by the receptionist as well. Just keep in mind this area is not central to all the restaurants...

"Great staff especially the lady in reception who did our check in (unfortunately I don't remember her name) she was really helpful warm and always smiling, we were group of four and we all live in London, we visited this city for a night only and our stay were great. All the staff were really helpful and happy, Room was great very clean, breakfast was really nice."
