I was in an annexe building this time... much nicer room... 15 seconds walk to the Hotel for breakfast... also, great luggage storage..."

"Front desk guy is very helpful, we checked in found out there is no cold water , the toilet is not flushing , they gave us a small plastic bucket to flush the toilet , we stayed for 1 night from our 4 nights booked, they promised that they will fix the problem but it’s Friday so it’s hard to get someone, we end up leaving the next day evening as they have not fix the problem. "The hotel is right in the centre of Rialto which means you step into the crowds when you leave the door. It can be a bit overwhelming. If you don’t like busy places and crowds this is not the hotel for you. The hotel was spotlessly clean and breakfast (and the breakfast staff) was very good. The decor is quite old fashioned and quirky but we liked that. The view from our window, of the rooftops of Venice, was a lovely bonus. It was, all in all, a great place for the middle of touristy Venice."

"The hotel was really nice and had a cafe next to it which was perfect when leaving early to explore. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower cubical was quite small - no bath. The room had a fridge but would benefit from tea and coffee facilities. The location was ideal, near the church and although about 20 minute walk to the station, it was in a quiet part of Padua and close to the main square for restaurants."
