"There was no safety box, not a trash can other than the one in the washroom and no glass in the room."

"The room given was different from the one we booked (larger, but with 4 single beds instead of 1 double bed). The staff at reception were dull and seemed bored and uninterested. Breakfast was more than good. The surroundings are full of beggars and homeless drug users (can't say it's necessarily unsafe though). Main point is it's OK but way overpriced for what it is."

"We only stayed here due to closeness to the airport and prior to pick up and return from the Pantanal region.Very dated property but fine for overnight and the price we paid. No English spoken by the staff but they tried hard and we managed. We did arrive late and left early both nights we stayed there but the surrounding area did not look appealing."

"Staff were helpful; room was large and comfortable with good shower. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Soundproofing between the rooms is not great: you can hear the noise of next door's shower and toilet."

"The hotel is close to the centre of town and just a few minutes walk from the market. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room has little natural light. Shower was excellent but I missed a reading light for the bed. Staff were welcoming and helpful and responded rapidly when something wasn't right."
