I did try to alert the reception but no one came to fix it. They apologised as we were checking out, and gave us some snacks to compensate. Breakfast buffet was ok, good selection of juice, eggs etc. "

"This is a beautiful first class hotel which originally was a colonial mansion which has been recently remodeled and updated. It is in the center of the historical colonial neighborhood in Capeche. It is near all of the historical architecture, the malecon and sights, as well multiple restaurants and stores.The staff of the hotel were friendly, competent and attentive. The water in the shower could have been warmer, but this was a small compromise to be privileged to experience the ambiance and...
