"Directly at Waikiki Beach. Awesome. Close to everything, very walkable. Clean, comfortable, ocean view, access to community chairs and floaties. Only drawback was elevator wait. Only one in working order. Older hotel but oh so convenient."

"Welcoming environment and the staff was intentional to make sure I had a comfortable stay. There was room service everyday without requesting that made the beds and replaced towels. Breakfast was top notch with many options. "

"There was no self parking, only valet parking for $45 a night. Amenities were an additional charge of $33 a night, these are items that should already be included in the price like use of swimming pools & enhanced cleaning protocols. Most hotels will include it in the price per night. The elevators & carpets need upgrades. And the sofa bed was so old that the mattress was warped. Other than that, the grounds were beautiful, the staff were amazing & we enjoyed our stay. "

"We have stayed here twice and this is our go to hotel when in Waikiki going forward. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The beach view is great. "

"It was right smack dab in the middle of a lot of shopping and food. The only thing I did not like was that their Valet service was crappy. They would put your name on the list for the next day to have your car ready and it never was one day I was 15 minutes late to work and that was after calling down and hour before I had to be there. My car was literally across the street in a garage. smh"

"I was on alley side room. I would recommend staying ocean front as the alley was super loud all night. My room was basic. Not impressed for the price point but it’s super convenient location in Waikiki."

"Very convenient location lots of shopping, close to the beach and public transportation. Staff comes everyday to give you fresh towels and make your bed. Would stay here again."

"i wanted to recognize the front staff for being kind & helpful. they asked me a reason for my stay & i mentioned i was celebrating for my birthday. the sweet lady checking me in gave me chocolates. i will always remember the generosity. & house keeping does light cleaning like changing towels & cleaning the bed! helped a lot when most of towels are being used for the pool. "
