"Air conditioning in the room failed, the à la carte restaurants only allow for one dessert, and very slow service, the pools are warm, you have to be 18 or older to play pool in kids arcade, the pina colada was terrible, there were no elevators, no servers around the pool, you have to check out towels, if you lose your bracelet they charge $30 to put it back on, the snack bar is very limited, there’s no air conditioning anywhere but your room, the bathroom shower doesn’t have a door so the floor...
"We loved the location, directly across from Playa Las Flores. We were able to walk to the beach with our 2 & 4 year old. Close drive to El Cuco and still quiet. Breakfast included was fantastic. Our kids loved the pool."

"I LOVED THIS PLACE. I’m so glad I found this place and chose to stay here. It’s minutes to the beach and it’s so safe to walk around at night. I’m a solo female traveler and there was never a moment I felt unsafe. I booked the room with hot water and honestly, I could’ve been ok without because I used the outdoor bamboo shower to rinse off the sand and the water felt amazing. The property is so cute ! The breakfast was delicious. They have a bar and restaurant and the food is great if you choose...
