"This family run hotel is a wonderful place to stay. We felt welcomed and looked after by the staff. The breakfasts were good, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms were well designed and nice to use. Parking is a bit of a problem but not impossible and this would not deter me from staying in Le Saint Erasme again. "

Next door to a bakery for a light breakfast if you decide against the full breakfast. Very walkable to the train station and Calvi’s main attractions. The woman at the front desk was very helpful to us in arranging a taxi. Highly recommend!"

"Recomendo para quem viaja em família e procura uma hospedagem de longa duração. Piscina muito boa. Bastantes áreas verdes. Zona calma e tranquila. Parking super acessível junto dos alojamentos. No geral foi bastante bom. Apenas o colchão que não é o mais confortável. Um ponto negativo foi as marcas de “sujidade” numa parede junto à cama. Sem dúvida valeu a pena."

We were pleasantly surprised, even though in the middle of nowhere, but only a few kilometers outside Calvi it was clean, comfortable, fully stocked with everything we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Even a library in case you forgot your book."

"I came in December, which is their low season, so I was basically one of the very few people staying at the hotel. The receptionist was only around for the check-in. The cleaning staff only showed up once. The rest of the time, they expect you to call if you need help, which is not realistic for foreign travellers, especially if you are not fluent in French or Italian. The building is locked, so basic safety is not an issue. However, when the internet went out, I had no way to contact anyone...

"Ayant connu l’hôtel Méditerranée il y a 13 ans, je peux dire que la rénovation est vraiment top, la piscine sur la terrasse magnifique, les chambres très belles et confortables, propres, une odeur de frangipanier réconfortante et très agréable dans tout l’hôtel. "A fantastic view (sea and the port) and a nice room with a comfortable bed. SPA is free and we enjoyed Sauna, Jacuzzi and the little pool. We had one of the most fascinating views including the sunrise in the morning from the hotel room and then in the evening sunset just the other side of the hotel. To the main railway station is about 10-15min walk and the city centre is just other side of the railway station. The beach is just opposite to the station. Just 5min walk from the station you...

"A brilliant construction and location in the stunning gorge location. Lovely room and large patio to enjoy breakfast alongside the roaring river. Parking was manageable at the roadside, and the lift ideal between floors. The owner and waitress were charming and informative, but we were both startled and disappointed at the continuing grumbles from the receptionist, especially when asked about messages that my daughter had sent there."

"Big appartment for a budget rate, close enough to the ferry port and nearby supermarkets to allow for walking to and from, but let down by provision of dirty teatowel, hard floors and thin ceilings resulting in no sleep possible until after midnight due to noise (talking and movement) from above. Lack of utilities' instructions meant that coffee maker unusable. Reasonable overall but could be better. Although WiFi signal strong, couldn't get it to connect."

The room was very clean, huge bathroom with walk in shower, comfortable bed, 2 fridges, and AC, the only downside is that there is no free parking, and even dropping off luggage can be a bit of a pain due to the road being narrow and there being very little room to stop.
