"Pros:
- Front desk staff were nice and polite.
- Good air conditioning
Cons:
- The property, and especially the rooms and bathrooms, need renovation. The shower area is too dark!
- Lack of hand soap (tiny shampoos were provided instead).
- The ladies behind the counter at Figo Restaurant could have been nicer!"
"The property is not surrounded by tourists so you will experience life with typical Roman people. The staff were helpful in directing me when I wanted to see historical sites, which I did every day. There are excellent restaurants close by. The staff are kind and professional, and the breakfast plentiful and varied."
"A lovely hotel slightly outside of the main city centre.
Great transport connections, super helpful and friendly staff.
Lovely room and would definitely recommend a visit"
"Very far out of Rome and if you arrive late you will receive no help. The bathroom was good but the paint on the room walls was scraped and not in the best shape."
"For the price the hotel did exactly what it needed to do - allow us to sleep before our flight home in a cute town. Not amazing by any means - just okay. Location is excellent.
The hotel needs renovation and improvements in the aesthetic. The AC didn’t work, the carpets are old, the bedding rough. The hotel is a bit of a time capsule with a mixed smell of cigarette smoke and fragrance in the hall. Thankfully it was a cool night with no AC. You could also hear people outside and threw the walls...
"The photos look nothing like the actual room. Everything is 20+ years old and is moldy, rusty or doesn’t work properly. The floor was super sticky I had to buy slippers to wear my entire stay. The a/c didn’t work properly and would make loud noises randomly."
"Hi everyone i was having a stay in this hotel on 4th august 2026 mean its the peak time of summer and would you believe when i went through the check in they told me that the Air condition is not working 😕 while i was having my family with me and an infant of 1 year. And in the room there was only 1 Fan which was too much slow then i tell them to give me another Fan and they give me but with the both Fan it didn't work good and we spend the night very terribly and in hot room which was...
"Wonderful garden area to relax. Nice friendly staff. Very nice modern room with great breakfast. However, upon check in, we would have liked to know that the restaurant would not be available to hotel guests to use as there was a private party. Would rebook a stay there again."
"Hotel situato in una zona periferica di Roma ma sulla via Francigena. Il livello di pulizia e manutenzione non sono eccellenti, ma dovendo dormire per una notte solamente ci si può accontentare. Garage coperto.
Ottima e abbondante la colazione con personale molto disponibile"
"Staff were very accommodating both in the hotel and restaurant - top marks for them. Food was great. Having underground parking AND a full kitchen in your room are both huge perks when travelling!!
Property is conveniently located right near a bus stop in case you wish to go to Lago di Bracciano (about a 10 minute ride)
I doubt there is a better hotel in the town!"
